It’s important to me as a parent that my child stays hydrated throughout the day so it’s awesome that the Rob Machado Foundation donated the water bottles for the kids.

We provide environmental education to schools and school districts across Southern California. Our water quality curriculum teaches students about keeping plastic and other harmful pollutants out of our waterways. By partnering with the Rob Machado Foundation and providing a non-plastic, reusable water bottle in every student's hands we created an important strategy to reduce plastic waste in our community.

San Diego Unified is doing its part to bring clean, filtered water to all our students. By the donation of reusable bottles from the Rob Machado Foundation access to clean drinking water in San Diego schools has never been better.
